Northern Flurry meets Perfect Polks Dots

I was inspired to make this card when I saw a LNS (Late Night Stampers) post by Sharon Field - thanks Sharon!!  She first embossed her card stock with the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and then embossed again using the NEW Northern Flurry embossing folder from the brand new Holiday Mini catalog.  It kind of looks like snow falling...

I chose to use our Shimmery White card stock on a Whisper White base.  I added Rhinestone jewels to the center of the snowflakes - love that bling:)  I heat embossed "Merry Christmas" in silver embossing powder using the stamp set Teeny Tiny Wishes on Shimmery card stock and punched it out with the Word Window punch and layered it on a piece of Whisper White card stock punched with the Modern Label punch.  The finishing touch was our beautiful Whisper White Organza Ribbon.  The picture truly doesn't do it justice, unfortunately!  We will definitely be making this card in a Christmas card class:)  Hope you like it!

Supplies used:

Stamp set:  Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370)
Card Stock:  Whisper White (100730) and Shimmery White (101910).

  1. I like the polka dots meeting northern flurry. Good idea as the dots could represent the snow flakes in the background. Thanks for sharing.
